We have an state-of-the-art Manufacturing Unit in Daman which is spread across 28,000 Sq. Ft. Floor Space.
Furthermore, our complete product range is covered under the internationally approved CE Certification and also ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company.
Hence we strictly follow ISO standard and manufacture heaters as per CE Certification for Safety. We have fully Automation Plant for manufacturing various types of Industrial Heaters. And are well equipped with around 80 different types of Machines to manufacture the same
Some of the machinery that we have is:
- Automatic Coil Winding Machine: We have PLC based fully Automatic Coil Winding Machine for coiling the heating wires – thereby ensuring uniformity of heating.
- Filling Machine: It is also PLC based fully Automatic Filling Machine.
- Annealing Machine
- Swaging Machine
- Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine: With this we clean each and every coil and so the coils are dust free & oil free.
Various Insulations Tests are carried out; namely:
- Resistance Tolerance Test
- High Voltage Test
- Insulation Resistance Test
- Leakage Current Test & many more
